Currency & Conversion Fees:

  • All prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency during checkout. Please be aware of any conversion fees associated with international orders, as VapeZip is not responsible for them.

Processing Time:

  • All orders, regardless of the chosen shipping method, have a processing time of 24-72 hours. During this period, we implement various processing methods to ensure secure and accurate transactions. If your order is held for any reason, we will contact you via email.
  • Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Your order will continue processing on the next business day. Shipping time frames are counted in business days.

International Buyers - Be Informed:

  • International buyers must be aware of the importation laws in their country. VapeZip is not responsible for items or packages that are stopped or seized by appropriate jurisdictions or authorities. For information on prohibited items, contact your local government health agency.
  • Please contact your local customs authorities for information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items returned to our warehouse. Return fees, if incurred, will be deducted from your refund. VapeZip is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.

International Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Standard International shipping may take between 10-15 business days for delivery but can vary by destination.
  • Actual transit days may vary due to origin, destination, and customs delays. Contact your country's local customs authority for more information.
  • Note: Tracking may not be available for all shipping methods once they leave the U.S.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

  • Lost or undelivered packages are the responsibility of the customer and must be resolved with the postal carrier in use.
  • Any shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
  • Erroneous and incomplete address submissions by the user can cause delays and additional costs; VapeZip is not responsible for such issues.

Order Discrepancies:

  • If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of the package's delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer reshipments or replacements for international orders.

Canceling and Altering Orders:

  • Once an order has been placed and is processing, we cannot alter or change it due to our high order volume and our commitment to providing expedient service.
