Exchanges For a prompt replacement, return the item you have following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
